The regenerative neighbourhood

The regenerative neighbourhood challenges the status quo and will make its positive impact tangible beyond the boundaries of the project area.

The agora as an informal living room

The new leisure site forms the starting point of a dynamic pendulum through Sint-Katelijne-Waver, which connects the open areas in the village centre. The pendulum not only connects the functions on the site, but also the wider village fabric, and strengthens the connection between nature, architecture and the past.

Dynamic urbanisation

DijleDelta, a new urban district at the Vaartkom in Leuven has been developing on the former brewing industrial estates since 2012, with a mix of housing, catering, office and community spaces.

Cultural-educational heritage of tomorrow

The Paul Van Ostaijen site, located at the park of the same name, is a vibrant home for musicians, gymnasts, artists, ballerinas, actors and circus artists in the making.

School as a hybrid fun, learning and working machine

The new STEM school building promotes future-proof education with a strong focus on flexibility and openness. With a rational and compact design, we create multifunctional spaces that can easily adapt to future needs and changes.

Lifelong living at the park

One of the few remaining Empire-style townhouses at the Sint-Donatuspark in Leuven was transformed with great respect from a run-down student house into a comfortable home for life.
